What is the turnaround time for orders placed through BrandtalePOD?

Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days for printing and processing orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Can I track my order once it’s been placed?

Yes, you can track your order’s status by logging into your BrandtalePOD account. We provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Your customer also receive an automatically tracking link over your used e-commerce platform.

Can I customize the packaging?

Unfortunately, customizing the packaging is not possible. If your order volume exceeds 300 orders per month, it is possible to customize the packaging to a certain extent by mutual agreement.

How are the orders packed?

Your orders will be shipped in a durable paper bag for the sake of our environment. For larger orders, we additionally use cardboard boxes.

How does BrandtalePOD handle returns?

BrandtalePOD does not handle returns for you. This task falls into your hands.

Tip: Inform your customers sufficiently about the product with the help of size charts to keep returns as low as possible for you.

How does BrandtalePOD handle complaints?

If a product is defective, we will take care of the complaint. Please contact us at support@brandtale.eu and describe the defects.
